YHDL through the YHDL Token Distribution is financing and facilitating operations related to the YouHodler platform. YHDL has created the YHDL Token as a utility token with voucher function on the YouHodler platform as the internal unit to be used in lieu of payment to dismantle technological barriers and enable delivery versus payment on-chain.

YHDL manages and facilitates its own YHDL Token distribution.

YHDL AG facilitates the public offering on behalf and account of itself. For the YHDL Token Distribution YHDL is also responsible for the identification of participants.

After concluding the YHDL Token Distribution it may be rolled over and continued for another 12-month period each at the sole discretion of YHDL until total supply is in circulation.
