📲Purchase and transfer conditions

The YHDL Tokens will be publicly offered by YHDL AG to the users of the YHDL platform.

The YHDL Token does not represent any contractual rights or claims that entitle the Token holder to receive payments or other forms of compensation or give the Token holder ownership of a legal person, contractual rights or any similar rights (no equity-like or debt-like interest is granted).

Token holders cannot request an exchange or redemption of the monetary par value vis-à-vis the issuer, YHDL.
