The purpose of the company is to issue YHDL Tokens, potentially to register for various services in the area of the Token and TT Service Provider Act (TVTG) respectively crypto asset services under MiCAR in Liechtenstein and access the single market of the EEA. It also pursues the following purposes: The purpose of the company is the design, development, production, exploitation, trading, operation and distribution of software systems and solutions of all kinds, in particular, but not exclusively, the provision of IT solutions in the financial sector, the provision of related services, the holding and management of investments as well as the protection, holding, management and exploitation of intangible assets and property rights of all kinds (IP rights) and other assets, in particular the granting of licenses to its intangible assets and property rights as well as the commercial use of property rights in any form.
